Erik Simpson has 25 years experience advising energy clients and managing commodity and equity investment portfolios as well as building exchange technology platforms for IoT. As the founder of Simpson Holdings and Vantage Advisors, Mr. Simpson has grown the firm to over 30+ institutional clients while managing Natural Gas portfolios that have yielded attractive returns over an 10 year period. Mr. Simpson has been credited with numerous US Patents. Prior to founding Simpson Holdings and Vantage Advisors LP, Mr. Simpson was Vice President, Corporate Commodity Trading & Risk Management for JM Huber a privately held multi-billion natural resource company. Prior to joining JM Huber, Mr. Simpson was at Enron Corporation as a Director developing analytic and statistical models for pricing natural gas pricing swings as well as managing trading positions in Power, Coal, Petroleum Coke and Natural Gas basis. Mr. Simpson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, CS and Mathematics and a Masters in Business Administration in Finance from Cornell University. Mr. Simpson has also completed Doctoral work in Economics at Cornell University as well as International Business coursework at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland.

Ibrahima has 19 years experience implementing institutional scale database solutions and architectures. Mr. Diarra has been involved with the design, development, administration and tuning of the database systems that provide analytic support for the advisory services of Simpson Holdings, Inc. and the CirclesX Platform. Mr. Diarra holds a Masters Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston.

Warren has 17 years of experience in the energy markets.His career in commodities started in 1996 with Duke Energy Trading and Marketing where he acquired the accounting and risk management skills associated with trading physical and financial products in the energy sector. In 2004, Mr. Taake joined JM Huber, a privately held multi-billion dollar natural resource company, where he was responsible for the financial accounting and reporting activities for the Technology-Based Services sector. Following his work at JM Huber, Mr. Taake was the accountant/analyst for Vantage Advisors LP where he performed the management company’s general accounting functions, clearing broker reconciliation and communications, and provided daily fundamental information to the head trader. Mr. Taake joined NEOS Advisors LLC in 2009 as the Chief Finance Officer performing the back office and mid-office roles for management companies and hedge funds. He holds a B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Texas A&M University and became a Certified Public Accountant in 2000
