The Internet was born of greatness four decades thence, a new domain conceived in liberty and freedom and dedicated to the proposition that all persons are created equal.

We are now engaged in a great war, the idea of the internet has been overrun with monopolies and ideals which have made the general population of the internet a slave to such dictatorships and threaten whether such a conceived domain may endure.   The domain of the internet has become more powerful than countries and systems therein.  The conceived domain of the internet being a place of freedom, liberty and equality of all persons has been turned into a domain of slavery.   Those monopolies and ideals which threaten the very essence of liberty, freedom and equality of all persons are wolves.

The rare breed of the internet domain  who have decided to stand up to the wolves and protect the internet domain of freedom, liberty and equality of all persons are the Sheep Dogs.

It is for us, the Sheep Dogs, which by proclamation as of January 2022, have set the domain of the internet to be under a new birth of freedom, liberty and equality by the people and for the people.  While some Sheep Dogs may have fallen asleep, it is through their faith, they still speak.  It is for us who are awake, through the Sheep Dog Creed, to be dedicated herein to the unfinished work of the founding fathers of the internet domain ideals of liberty, freedom and equality of all persons and protection of these ideals against the wolves.

By virtue of the power of the original internet domain ideals of liberty, freedom and equality of all persons, the Sheep Dogs, order and declare that all persons held as slaves by wolves in the domain of the internet have been henceforth set free.  The Sheep Dogs will recognize and maintain the freedom of such persons.  All hereby persons set free as of this day in the domain of the internet are hereby declared Sheep Dogs, protectors of liberty, freedom and equality of all persons.
